Problem with only one row being displayed among multiple rows

Hi,

I’m having trouble displaying only one row of Excel source data, which consists of multiple rows. Please help me fix this.

Thanks for posting your question!

Without seeing a report definition, I can only recommend a few things to try and see if that solves the issue:

  • If you previously removed specific members from the report and saved it, those members won’t appear anymore. Open the actual report, unselect the No level from the Issue dimension in Rows and then select it again - check if the results then show up.
  • Check if any filters are on the report that may be eliminating this member to be showed
  • Create a new report, add Issue dimension in report Rows, select No level and see if the missing Row comes up?
