Hi Team,

After updating the multi-select field options in Jira, the changes are not reflected in the eazyBI reports. The eazyBI database still retains the old options alongside the new/updated ones, causing the reports to display outdated values.

We recommend full reimport as explained here after renaming custom field values in Jira:
