Hello, I’de like to better monitor the product backlog overtime and to achieve control , its always breathing and could lead to uncertainty or loosing control on the entire plan. What would be the best chart to to control the accumulated story points in backlog (no need to calculate issues only story points)

I imagine the Backlog is some set of Statuses in Jira?
