Project missing in dimension

Hello,

I use EazyBi with Jira. In the “Project” dimension, a recently created project is missing.

In total, I should have 4 projects. 3 of them appear correctly, but not the 4th. These are software projects.

  • I have checked in Source Data that the project is selected.
  • The project has data
  • With another account, if I import the project with the same settings, I can retrieve the data.
  • I did a “re-import all data”.

I guess I’m missing a detail, but I can’t see where. Does anyone have any clues to help me?

I solved my issue.
The user who created the account (few years ago) in Eazybi and who is used to do the import didn’t have access to the new project. By adding the user to the project permissions and re-importing the datas it works.
This confused me because myself I had full access.
Anyway, it’s solved. :slightly_smiling_face:
