- Can we sync eazyBI accounts via API?
Specifically, we’re looking to automate the manual process of syncing accounts (e.g., triggering data imports or refreshing account data) using an API or script. - Is it possible to schedule this sync weekly (e.g., every Monday morning)?
If yes, how can we configure this, and what is the typical duration for a full sync? - Is there a way to refresh individual eazyBI accounts dynamically — for example, as and when Jira issues are updated, rather than relying solely on scheduled imports?
We’re exploring ways to streamline our reporting workflows and would appreciate any guidance or best practices you can share.
