Regular Dashboard subscription for eazybi account has failed

The error in the screenshot uploaded shows that the is a permission error ? If I can get help with this.

It seems that your attachment hasn’t been uploaded so I am not sure about the error you received.
But I can see that you have already contacted us directly via support@eazyBI.com and are troubleshooting this issue with one of our developer team.
Usually for more technical issues directly contacting us via email is the best solution!
