Regular Dashboard subscription for eazybi account has failed


The error in the screenshot uploaded shows that the is a permission error ? If I can get help with this.

It seems that your attachment hasn’t been uploaded so I am not sure about the error you received.
But I can see that you have already contacted us directly via and are troubleshooting this issue with one of our developer team.
Usually for more technical issues directly contacting us via email is the best solution!
