Remove rows that showcase empty values

I need assistance removing rows from a table that I’ve created.

I currently have a specific Label selected within Pages. I also have All Assignees selected within Rows with the Non-Empty option enabled. I also have the Columns was set on Issues Created selected in Measures and calculated member that selected a set of specific statuses.

There are some rows that still appears even though there are no value and Non-Empty is selected. What is the issue here?

Use the “Hide empty” option to hide empty rows and columns:
