I have a question if we disable the option in the custom field and reimport the eazybi does this still show the issues with old values in the custom field in eazybi?

Thank you for reaching out with your questions!
(1) If you disable a custom field value in Jira but it is still assigned to older issues, and those issues are imported in eazyBI, the disabled value will be shown in eazyBI.
(2) If you rename the custom field value, eazyBI will load new issues with the new value, but the old value will still be shown for older issues until the cube is re-imported (or a double import is performed for the specific custom field). After the re-import only the new value will be shown.
However, report and dashboard definitions will not be updated automatically. If the previous custom field value is saved in Page filters as a default value or used in formulas (for example, Aggregates or tuples), those will not update automatically and will need manual updates.
