We have project were issuetypes have very specific names that mean something.
Subtasks have their own name. I am not referring to the summary, I am referring of the name of the Issuetype and Subtask.
For example the parent ticket Issuetype is called “Teacher” and the subtasks type is called “Student”.
When we make reports the issuetype filter shows “Teacher, Subtask”. Instead of Teacher / Student.
This is very confusing specially if you have different types of subtasks each of them with their own name.
Is there a way that instead of Sub Task the name of the Issuetype appears?

You can use any name for the sub-task, which will be imported into eazyBI.
Please check if the Page filter on the Issue Type dimension isn’t selected using multiple options.
If that isn’t the case, please send the report definition and print screens to support@eazybi.com
