Hi… we have product name field there in jira … given in below screenshot
I need help in getting a report in eazybi to understand how many incident have come for one product in a month … don’t see any dimension where i could see this field, please help how to get a report of this populated…

Welcome to the eazyBI community!
You may want to start with importing this Product field into eazyBI: go to import options, Custom fields list, and select “Product” field it to be imported as a property and a dimension: Jira Issues Import - eazyBI for Jira
Perform data import.
If you do not have access to the Source data tab, ask the account Owner or Import admin to do that for you.
After the data import, use the Product dimension as any other dimension.
