Can you help me know how can I find out average time spent on a ticket. The time ticket is created to the time it is closed. Basically the time spent from “Open” stage to “Closed” stage.
I further want to find out the Mean time to resolve.
Time spent on the ticket (Time closed - Time created) / Total number of issue created

You might want to start with predefined measures “Average resolution days” (measures time from creation date to resolution date) or "Average closing days" (measures time from creation date to entering closing status for the last time).
