After selecting account, report and saving, it works. if i refresh or a user visits the page, it is displaying all of the accounts again and i have to select the account and report all over again. the documentation above suggests that by saving, we should only see the report that i set up. what am i doing wrong?

When you add an eazyBI report to the confluence page there are two confirmation buttons in the gadget. One to Save the selected report and its options and other to Insert (or Save in edit mode) the selected gadget to the page.
To add the selected report, first, you should confirm the selected report and its options (Save) and then you should confirm inserting or made changes of the chosen confluence Macro (Insert or Save). See picture below.
