I am building a cube to retrieve information on the time worked by each user on each issue on Jira. I am retrieving the information that is already there with Tempo Timesheets. I am using Jira in the Datacenter edition. I would like to know if there is a way to extract the worklog information from the issues if these issues are inside an “archived” Jira project.

eazyBI would remove the issues in archived projects from the cube automatically, and currently, there is no workaround to import tempo timesheets for Jira issues from the archived project.
We have an improvement request to let users import also archvied projects and I just upvoted it on your behalf. We will update this community thread when this feature is released but I can’t promise a release date.
