eazyBI for Jira has integration with Jira Service Management (former Service Desk): Jira Service Management custom fields

For other tools with the same name, we have not heard about such a solution from our customers yet. In any case, if this tool has REST API, you may try to import data and map them to dimensions and measures: Import from REST API
