Shared Teams won't appear as an option

Hello,

I’m using Jira Cloud and lately i’ve been asked to divide a certain shared team onto 2 different teams. After i’ve created these teams - I couldn’t find them - EVEN after making a data import.

Do you have any idea what can I do?

Hi,

If issues are not re-assigned to different teams, the data is not changed at the issue level, and no changes are reflected in eazyBI.

Could you share more details on how did you perform the division of the team?
