I am easyBI server user and I need tracking of Due Date changes with showing Issues, that have changed their due dates for specific time.

eazyBI supports change import for some default fields and single value custom fields. Unfortunately, we do not get change import for the due date from the Jira server. We have some ideas on this in our backlog. While we do not have clear plans for it yet, we will let you know if there will be any changes.
You may consider using some scripted fields in Jira to get some calculations for due date changes. Here are some examples in our documentation as well: Jira calculated and scripted custom fields - Due date changes

I wanted to let you know that we recently released eazyBI version 7.2. This version includes the feature to import Issue due date old values as a property. To see this new property, you need to re-import all data in the eazyBI account after the version upgrade: Data from Jira
If you wish to see due date changes by time, then now you can use the JavaScript custom field; see the example here: Due date changes by time
