Good morning,
I was hoping someone could explain to me the meaning of the status ‘Replaced’ with regards to source files. Our process has not changed however it is the first time I am encountering that status, as opposed to the usual ‘Imported about XXX hours ago’.

Perhaps you are talking about importing data from source files (not from source applications).
In eazyBI there is an option to import files automatically from a directory:

Maybe that is your case. When a file from a folder is replaced with the previous one, the new data must be imported quite soon after that.
If that is not the case, perhaps you can share a screenshot with the view where you see this status “Replaced”.
