Specific workflow transition is missing from list of Transitions

I have a report put together that counts the number of transitions from one particular status to another and I’m noticing that one specific transition seems to be missing from the list. Is this a bug?

In the screenshot you can see the full list of transitions from Unverified and it does not list the Unverified => Triage transition. Yet you can see highlighted in red that this transition very much does exist in our workflow and is being used on our tickets.

Hi @rtzong

I would check if the project is selected in the import options page for the ticket that went through this specific status transition. Maybe these transitions are in different project which is not imported.

Or, another root cause could be related to import filters. Maybe you have some additional JQL filter in the import options that won’t import tickets that went through this transition.
Also, you could check whether the fresh data has been imported since this transition happened.

Highly likely that the missing transition is not imported into the report yet.

If you can’t find the reason, reach out to eazyBI support and provide more details:

  1. your report definition exported to a text file
  2. version of eazyBI app (if you use Jira Data Center) or Atlassian ID xxx.atlassian.net - if you use Cloud,
  3. JSON response for the Jira ticket with the missing transition.
  4. Import options definition exported to a text file
