Hello. My first post in the community. I am trying to build a Sprint burndown across multiple Jira projects. Our engineering teams work in different projects; but our leadership would like to see their collective burndown.

Almost any eazyBI report can be built across multiple projects; first, you should import data from all needed projects into one data cube. Then, in the report, you will retrieve data from all imported issues (unless you limit them by filtering).
The same goes for sprint reports: initially, issues in the reports are filtered by sprints, not their projects.
If your engineering team works on issues from different projects, but they are all added to the same sprint, then the sample Sprint Story points burndown chart will retrieve all issues for the selected sprint, regardless of their project.

In the report, the guideline is adjusted for multiple sprints. Other measures will work without additional processing.
