Hi Guys,
Can anybody tell how I can get all my subtask by epic when in Jira my hierarchy/connection is as following
task->story->story(top)->epic
When getting all issues by epic, most of the issues appear under “no epic”.

It seems you are using a custom hierarchy in Jira, instead of the standard hierarchy with Epic Link which is used as a base for the Issue dimension Epic hierarchy in eazyBI: Epic -> Parent (story) -> Sub-task.
You may want to define and import your Issue dimension custom hierarchy as well, please read the documentation, how to do that: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/advanced-data-import-options/additional-issue-hierarchies
