I am attempting to add up story points from stories, but need them to only be counted if a custom field in the Epic the story is linked to is a certain value (custom field is a Target time, e.g. Quarter, Month). What is the best way to do this - when I filter Epics by the custom field, the regular Calculated Measures don’t return any values. I am attempting to look from the story level and count only points in which the Epic Custom field matches a certain string, but can’t figure out how to get that to work. Any pointers/help would be much appreciated.
We suggest using the calculated JavaScript custom field to pass down the values of epics to issues in epics.
