My project uses the custom field “Story Points*” instead of the pre-loaded field, “Story Points” to store estimated story points for an issue. I’m trying to create reports in EazyBI. Why would “Story Points* resolved” populate data but not “Story Points** closed”?

Please see if you have an Issue closed status (or statuses) defined in the Source data. Read more here: Issues closed measure
Please go to the Source Data → Edit → Statuses and history section
For example, in my account status, Closed defined the closed measures.
