Hi all! Please help me, I made a structure in the jira “structure plugin”, how can I make the same project hierarchy in eazybi? And what is needed for this, what accesses.
The main problem is that the hierarchy in the structure consists of epic and tasks from other spaces. In eazybi it shows either the hours of the epic OR the tasks nested in epic.
The only connection between projects in jira is a link to epic. Parent and child do not work at eazybi. And in EazyBI, the hours for the epic are stored in one space, and the hours for nested tasks in another.
Everything is perfect in the “structure plugin” and I want the same structure to be displayed in EazyBI. Thanks to everyone who will help!

eazyBI does not have integration with the Structure app for Jira. We have such feature request, but it is not yet planned for the implementation.
Note however, that you can have total hours per epic once you use the Epic hierachy in the report:

Thanks for your reply! But there are many spaces and each space has its own tasks. And in space №1 only epics are stored. I want the total hours spent in this epic to be displayed. And the connection with the epic seems to be only through a link to the epic.
In my case, EazyBI displays the hours that were written off specifically to the epic. But I need all the spent hours for the epic

eazyBI builds the epic hierarchy in the issue dimension from the stories with the epic link.
You migh need to consider building a custom hierarchy if you need to collect hours under epic with other links from epic to stories: Additional Issue hierarchies
