Subscription Status

Hi

The card on my EaziBI has expired and it is not allowing me to edit the Credit Card as it is saying my subscription status is in error.

It looks like I should be able to cancel the subscription and create a new one.

I’m just concerned that if I cancel - will it delete my account, model and reports.

I haven’t used EazyBI for a long time but am looking to start using it again.

All sorted. Cancelling did not delete my data. I was able to re-add my CC details.
