Support for Scriptrunner Custom Fields (Database Picker)

Hi there,
we would like to fomalize some data in Jia and are evaluating Scriptrunner Custom Fields for that (especially the Database Picker). Currently we use the Label Manager plugin, which unfortunately is unsupported in eazyBI. But as I found out today, the Scriptrunner Custom Fields also do not appear on the Import configuration.
Is there any specific reason for this or is it a bug?

eazyBI recognizes the standard types of issue custom fields and, therefore, offers those fields in import options to import them as properties, measures, or dimensions. For the scripted fields, eazyBI does not recognize all the data types and the kind of values the field would return. Therefore, those fields do not appear in import options as eazyBI does not know what to expect from the field and which options to offer – measure or dimension.

Yuo can import ScriptRunner custom fields and other app-calculated fields in eazyBI.
In that case, you should help eazyBI and specify what data to expect - text, string, date, numeric value, large or small, one or several values.

  1. Go to eazyBI advanced settings, and add settings to specify expected data_type for scripted custom field. This action enables a custom field for data import.

  2. Go to import options; the Scripted field should now be visible in the tab Custom fields. Select the field and import data.
