I’ve seen in another BI tool that can create a tag cloud containing all words of the bug summaries of all bugs being detected in the e.g. last year. Is it possible to extract a similar Report with EazyBI?
Background: I’m interested to investigate into the reasons for bugs. The bug summary often contains keywords that let us find the component, the bug occured.

No, eazyBI does not have such feature and for now we do not have it planned for future.
It is possible to pre-define reasons in an e.g. calculated custom field (https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/Jira+Misc+Custom+Fields or https://docs.eazybi.com/display/EAZYBIJIRA/JavaScript+calculated+custom+fields) or use other pre-defined label fields.
