I’m sorry to hear that you had trouble with the data imports from Xray. Typically, these issues arise in the Cloud environment, where data retrieval depends on multiple involved parties (Atlassian, Xray, and eazyBI). As usual, these problems are temporary, just like on the date you reached out.
