There is no PDF option in the download list of report

Hi，

We have installed eazybi for Jira(version 6.4.0), there is no PDF option in the download list of report,how to configure this option to appear? Please help, Thanks.

Hi Annie,
To export reports or dashboard pages to PDF or send regular emails with dashboards as PDF attachments, you need to install a headless web browser on all Jira Data Center nodes (or use a remote headless browser on a separate node option starting from version 7.2 ).

For best experience, please consider upgrading to the latest eazyBI version (currently 8.1), which includes many improvements and features, including improved PDF export capabilities.
