Tickets analysis in a month

Hi ,
we want to create a new eaZyBI dashboard with the following data

For a given time period (Month)

  1. No of tickets at the start of the month (open tickets)
  2. No of tickets created in the month
  3. No of tickets resolved in the month
  4. Pending open tickets at the end of the month

Based on your description, you can check if the following sample report would work for you: Created vs resolved issues over time - Issues - Jira Demo - eazyBI

Thank you for the reply , i need another help from your side
Does there is any option to convert a Jira query in Measures , because we are having several queries to filter certain data and we need to bring in to eaZy BI .
