Tickets aren't appearing despite no filter

In some of the reports of EasyBi, the tickets aren’t appearing despite no filters I’ve tried reimporting data but the tickets won’t show unless I use the Default Issue Created measure.
What can i do to display all the tickets without using that measure?

For page dimensions to work properly within the report, you need to add a measure . In eazyBI, we have a saying that “a measure is a treasure.” Please add “Issues created” or another measure in your report to create a report context: Jira Core measures and dimensions

You can apply row filtering and then remove the measure if you don’t want to display the measure itself in the report.
