Time to Resolution SLA doesn't show any data for specific months

I have been trying to see “Time to Resolution Met” and Time to Resolution Met% in my report. For some reason, i cannot see any data if select last year and first two months of this year (Sep,oct nov and dec 2023) it is showing data if is select from Mar 2024. We have lot of tickets which are closed last year but it doesn’t show anything. Wondering what could be the reason.
Any input will be helpful.

The one thing that comes to mind is that JSM was enabled later; hence, there is no data.

Also, please check the accounts Jira import options; maybe there are JQL that limit the data:

You can check if you have the SLA information in the issue JSON file.

  1. Find the issue that should have the SLA

  2. Find your SLA field ID. I prefer using the Jira import options Add-ons section and hovering over the measure to see the ID

  3. Check if the custom field has data on the issue in the JSON file. To get the JSON file, please open an issue in Jira. Modify the URL of the issue, replacing browse with rest/api/latest/issue, and then add ?expand=changelog at the end of the URL. Search for the custom field in the JSON.
