Time until resolution vs hours spent

Dear Community,
Do you have a smart way to display the two facts:

  • Logged Time (Hours spent) vs
  • Time between Open and closed?

Welcome to the eazyBI Community!

You can use the standard measure “Hours spent” to display how much time has been logged for the issues.
For the time between the open and closed, you can use the “Average resolution days” measure that displays the time from the issue creation until the resolution date.
