Top resolver by time period

hello all,
I wish to obtain a “top resolver” measure that would give me the assignee, in a given time period, with the highest number of resolved issues.
How can I write that down?
regards

Hi @Mauro_Bennici

You could try creating a calculated measure using this formula:

Generate(
    Order(
      Filter( --filters members
        DescendantsSet([Assignee].CurrentMember,[Assignee].[User]), --from Assignee dimension at user level
        [Assignee].CurrentMember.name <> "(unassigned)" --excludes unassigned tickets
        AND
        [Measures].[Issues resolved]>0 --who has resolved issues
      ),
      [Measures].[Issues resolved], --sorts users by resolved issues count
      BDESC --descendingly
    ).item(0), --returns first user from the sorted list
  [Assignee].CurrentMember.Name, --shows users's name
  chr(10) --separator for Generate function
)

It would generate a displayName of the assignee who has the most resolved issues in the given report context.

You could also try this more sophisticated formula, which would give you the name and the count in the same report cell:

Generate(
    Order(
      Filter( --filters members
        DescendantsSet([Assignee].CurrentMember,[Assignee].[User]), --from Assignee dimension at user level
        [Assignee].CurrentMember.name <> "(unassigned)" --excludes unassigned tickets
        AND
        [Measures].[Issues resolved]>0 --who has resolved issues
      ),
      [Measures].[Issues resolved], --sorts users by resolved issues count
      BDESC --descendingly
    ).item(0), --returns first user from the sorted list
  [Assignee].CurrentMember.Name
  ||" resolved "||
      Cast(Cast((
      Order(
      Filter( --filters members
        DescendantsSet([Assignee].CurrentMember,[Assignee].[User]), --from Assignee dimension at user level
        [Assignee].CurrentMember.name <> "(unassigned)" --excludes unassigned tickets
        AND
        [Measures].[Issues resolved]>0 --who has resolved issues
      ),
      [Measures].[Issues resolved], --sorts users by resolved issues count
      BDESC --descendingly
      ).item(0),
      [Measures].[Issues resolved]
    ) as integer) as string)
  ||" issues"
  ,
  --shows users's name
  chr(10) --separator for Generate function
)
