Track the time a Insight Customfield have different values

We have a Insight field with Service Teams and need to calculate the time how long an issue is assigned to different teams.

Best would be if the work hours (8-17h) and work days (Monday-Friday) are used for the calculation.

Unfortunately, eazyBI can’t import the change history for the Insight object type of custom fields.
We do have a change request on the backlog, however, I can’t promise any release dates for it.

Perhaps, you could try using calculated Jira fields to check if the field was changed or not and then import the scripted field directly in eazyBI.
