Trying to create a REST API import from sharepoint list and receiving 401 unauthorized

Hello,

Im trying to import data using rest api and receiving 401 error Your user was not authorized by API provider to perform this request.

What Im trying to do is receive data from a list I have in my sharepoint, I created an application in my Azure Tenant that allows read data into the specific list and followed the instructions for the auhtnetication, but no matter what Im attempting Im stuck at this error,

did any1 come across this?
