my jira report has two page, project and sprint. I need when selected project, next can only select sprint under the project.

Dimensions in Pages are independent, and, currently, the selection from the Project dimension does not limit the value list for other related dimensions.
We have such improvement on our development backlog, and I will update this community post when available.
