We are unable to get Bugs count in new status for closed sprints from EazyBI. We are able to see closed bugs but not the bugs which are in open status.

You might want to build a report as follows to see in what transition statuses were open bugs at the end of each sprint. For the report, user a sprint scope measure Sprint issues not completed to get issues that were still open after the print completion and dimensions Sprint and Transition Status. And filter report by Issue Type “Bug”. The report might look like in the picture below:
