I am trying to get EasyBI reports base on two custom field, planned start date and planned end date. I have setup custom field imports, but date field still now showing on reports. Any ways to add this custom field and get reports base on “planned start and End date”

Date custom fields, by default, are imported as proprties. That means, those fields are visible in reports once the issue dimension with the Issue level is used.
You can enable the date field import as a measure which will create a measure for counting issues with the date field in period:
