Use bundled fields in eazyBI

I’m using bundled fields in my jira project. Can those be imported in eazyBI for reporting purposes.

Hi,

The Bundled fields of the Dynamic Forms for the Jira app are not supported as the standard integration. You should be able to import this field as an issue property with the following advanced settings:

[jira.customfield_NNNNN]
data_type="text"

Once you add those settings, eazyBI would import the field as a plain text and the field would be available at the issue level.

There can be other and more elaborated solutions for extracting useful information from the bundled fields using the Javascript calculated custom field in eazyBI.

Hello I’m trying to parse the related field. But the new customfields that i created in my script wont appear on reports. Is there any sample about this?

I have a Bundled Field field in Jira, but that field does not appear in the EazyBI customfield listing.
Any thoughts on how I could get the field on the list so that I could make those mentioned settings?

Hello, the bundle field name should appear on the custom field list. But you can not see the fields under the bundle as seperate field.

I know that the field should appear in the custom field listing, but the problem is precisely that the field is not in the listing. You have to try indexing if that fixes it.
