I am trying to make a report in Eazybi in which I can use the RESOLUTION DATE of the ticket in the Pages sector.

The Dimension TIME is based on the creation date and I need is the RESOLUTION DATE.

Is this possible?

Here you could still use the same “Time” dimension, but for your use-case, you would need to use a resolution-related measure to reset the report context.
Try selecting the measure “Issues resolved” and then filter your report by it.
The report would calculate results based on resolution dates.
