User role access and how many members can we add to view dashboards

Hi Team,

Can we know how many user roles can be added as viewers, Data admin, Users? Actually we want to add almost 15 to 20 members to view the dashboards.

Hi @MaheshwarReddy

There are no technical limits on how many users can be added to the account for each specific access role.
Usually, only a few users are admins or report creators, most of the account users are Viewers or Dashboard viewers, and quite frequently they use the reports shared in the Jira dashboard.
