Valores que ya no existen

Hola,

Hay alguna manera de eliminar los valores que ya no existen de EazyBI? por ejemplo, se crearon por error estos issutype y aunque los hayamos borrado en EazyBi siguen apareciendo, se pueden eliminar de alguna manera?

Hi @aelexpuru,

There are a couple of options to remove values that no longer exist:

  1. You can open the Issue Type dimension and choose the option “Delete members with no data”. However, this will only work if the issue types truly have no data. If these issue types were used in the past and you are importing historical data, the option won’t apply, as those members are still considered used based on the historical records.

  1. perform the Empty cube and reimport all data to clear the old members and import only the currently existing ones: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira#DatafromJira-Emptycubeandre-importallissues

However, if issues that were previously assigned to those mistakenly created Issue Types still exist in Jira (even if the Issue Type has been removed from the Jira configuration), Jira may continue to return those issues with the old Issue Type reference, causing the members to reappear in eazyBI.
