I would like to make a report showing the velocity for a team that is working in kanban project.
So to have a sum of SP for tickets done in an agreed cadence, f.e. 2 weeks.
Can you please assist.

You might set up a custom multi-week time hierarchy to correspond to the pre-agreed cadence cycles.
Please read more about that here - Custom time hierarchies.
Then, you could use these custom hierarchy members to refer to previous or future “Blocks” and see the number of Story Points closed or resolved.
