I want to show linked issues in a network diagram.

Currently, in eazyBI you can get linked issues list as text or issue link dimension. Unfortunately, those solutions do not include any graphical representation.
Thank you for the idea! That would definitely be a significant improvement to add some dependency graph. I added it to our backlog for further consideration. I will update the post when anything new regarding this appears.

Did you guys had any idea in meanwhile? we are trying to the same thing: visual representation (through diagram ou tabel) of dependencies between issues

We are still gathering customer interest for the network chart feature; I upvoted it for you.
Meanwhile, it is possible to import issue links into eazyBI and build reports based on linked issues. Take a look at an example report to see Stories by Epics with linked bugs.
