Want to Pull linked issues attached to parent issue

Hi Team,

It been long time I was looking for a solution to get the below requirement (Report).But no luck.
With reference to the below image.

I want to pull the issue links attached to the parent issue.
*issue link can be can be any type need to pull all the linked issues attached to its parent issue.

Below is like I am looking.
