Guys, I need you to send a notice via email when a given metrics (Dimension) are reaching a certain value, is that possible?

Thank you for the idea! For now, we don’t have plans on the roadmap to add report based notifications. We will keep you posted if anything changes.
In general, eazyBI is a business intelligence tool and usually is used for historical data analysis when prompt notifying is not the main function.
What you may want to do instead: create a separate report with this value only and set a conditional cell formatting, or use markdown to visually highlight if the metric has reached a certain value. Share this report in a place you visit regularly (on your Jira dashboard / eazyBI dashboard and subscribe to get the dashboard daily in your mailbox). Then, whenever you see this dashboard, you will notice at a glance that this metric has reached a significant value.

Good news - currently, we are working on conditional alerts functionality that would allow monitoring when some measures are outside of (or changes back to) a normal range. You will be able to set up conditions for alerts (similar to conditions for cell formatting) and subscribe to receive alerts in your e-mail.

We included new functionality to receive a notification when the report value reaches some limit; here are more details: Conditional report alerts.
This functionality is available starting eazyBI version 7.0 and on Cloud.
