This is a question for the community as much as support. Our Eazybi instance has about 30,000 executions a month, 400+ users, and 230 active reports. Our most used account is 12+ MB and has about 10 dashboards.
I see the average report execution time creeping up and execution errors getting more frequent.
Do other user companies have these numbers? If so, what have you done to speed up report executions or reduce errors?
Do you have much smaller accounts as support recommends or have you done other things?
