Hello,
I’ve followed the documentation at URL Template accounts to set up a template account but now am unable to make use of it. I’m stuck trying to find the Import Options screen “Reports template account” dialog so that I can point my child account to the template account.
What am I not seeing? I checked that reports in the Template account are ‘not’ private. I’m the owner of the Template account and the child account.
The version of eazyBI in use is 8.1.0

Welcom to the eazyBI community.
The most likely reason you’re not seeing the template account selection is that your child account is marked as a Template account itself, or you are in the Template account.
To fix this:

Go to your child account settings

Click Edit on the account

Look for the Template account checkbox

Make sure this checkbox is unchecked
-
Save the account
Once you uncheck this option, the template account selection should appear in your child account Import options → Additional options → Template account.

Thank you for providing feedback. I verified the account settings and also that I am in the child account, but still do not see the ‘Import Options’ button, feature. At what area within my account should I see this? When I view the Child account info from the Home page? Or?
