Hi @Andi67,

I was not able to replicate the behavior you described. In eazyBI, the logged hours are accumulated under the measure ā€œHours spentā€. Together with the _Logged by" dimension, ā€œHours spentā€ should display information for all users, including the inactive ones.

I would suggest you contact eazyBI support on support@eazybi.com and share more details about the use case. For example, a screenshot of an issues worklog where the inactive user logged hours. And a second screenshot with a simple report from eazyBI with the Issue and Logged by dimensions in rows and the measure ā€œHours spentā€, with the same issue visible.
