Worklog issues and activities

Hi,
I wanted to extract the monthly workloged issues and their activity, as bellow. The “All Workload Activities” works well for issues with hours spent and for hours spent, but when expands for sub-activities then in table there are not all the worklogs.

For example, for a user we have 12 total issues with hours spent logged by a user, but in the table we count only 3 with SW/TEST. A little on the right for the same user we see 58h logged, from which only 16 for SW_TEST.Drill through worklog of 58h we can see the bellow chart which includes also the rest hours from SYS/VERIF activity

Also, even when the logged worklog activity is the same (SW/CODE) for an user, some of their hours spent on issues on SW/CODE are not fully presented. We can see that for the first user with 136 hours spent on all activities has, 120 appears to logged on SW/CODE. Where disappear the others 16? If we drill through the worklog we see the above correct table:

Also, for the user with 88 hours logged it appears 0 to all subactivities, while in fact it has 72 + 16 on SW/CODE

I am not sure why the expanding table does not show right all the activities. So, could someone please let me know what happens and if there is a way to fix this?

I’ve also added here pages and selected measures to see if here is an issue:

Hi @Radmar,

Thanks for posting your question!

Try re-importing the Worklog attribute dimension from scratch, as the issue seems related to the imported data based on the provided images.

If the problem persists, further debugging is needed:

  1. Please share the report definition for further analysis (send it to support@eazybi.com referring to this Community Post - instructions on how to export the definition - Export and import report definitions).

  2. Confirm whether the report is running in the eazyBI Cloud or a Server/Data Center version (if so, specify the version).

  3. Provide a screenshot of the Worklog activities list in Jira, as differences in lowercase/uppercase usage for Worklog attributes might cause inconsistencies in data processing.

Best wishes,

Elita from support@eazybi.com

Hi @Elita.Kalane,

Thank you for you advice.

I will prepare a report mail for support team since the re-import of Worklog activity did not fixed the issue.
